- Pursuant to art. 59 c. 1 lett. o) Italian Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is extinguished for the supply of digital content (e.g. invite-only TradingView indicators / strategies in the Premium subscription) whose performance has begun with the consumer's express consent and acknowledgment that the right would be lost upon commencement.
- For one-off purchases of indicators or strategies Astropark voluntarily grants the full 14-day money-back guarantee — see Refund Policy §3.1.
- The refund will be issued via the same payment instrument used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed, within 14 days of receipt of this form (art. 56 Cod. Cons.).
- The consumer bears no cost for the refund.
