Subscription products renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your Account → Subscriptions, and access continues until the end of the current billing period. Lifetime products are one-time purchases. No renewal.

Prices are shown in EUR. The price you see is the price you pay. No extra tax is added at checkout.

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal on indicators and strategies. Subscriptions, live webinars and custom freelance work have specific terms (access to a live/one-off service can extinguish the right once it begins). Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Indicators ship as TradingView invite-only Pine Scripts. After purchase, you'll receive an email with instructions to send your TradingView username; we add you to the indicator within 24 hours. You can also manage your TradingView username from Account → Profile.

Webinars are scheduled live sessions. After purchase, you'll receive a calendar invite and a Zoom/Google Meet link 24 hours before the start. You always get the recording afterwards, it stays in your Account → Library.

TradingView indicators stay on TradingView (you don't get the source code by default). Pine Script source code is included only with the "Pro" tier of custom freelance projects, or as an explicit add-on quoted per project, ask via the contact form below.

Lifetime products: forever. Subscriptions: until you cancel. Webinars: the live session is one-time, and the recording is yours to keep. Free lessons: forever, no account needed.

Each indicator's product page lists supported timeframes and asset classes (typically: 1h, 4h, 1d on crypto futures). Some indicators require certain pre-conditions (e.g., minimum 200 historical candles).

Bug fixes and minor improvements: always free. Major version updates (v2.0, v3.0): typically free for Lifetime customers, included in Subscription, or sold at a discount otherwise.

Yes, paid customers get access to a private Telegram group with market analysis, trade setups, and the bot signal channels. Link is in your Account → Library after first purchase.
